A Retreat of Abundance
Join the women of Christ's Church for a weekend of an Abundance of God's Presence, Promises, Hope and Strength.
This year's theme is based on Psalms 65:11
"You crown the year with a bountiful harvest; even the hard pathways overflow with abundance."
Set against the beautiful mountain scenery of Lone Tree Camp in Capitan, New Mexico, this special weekend is designed to help women step away from the demands of everyday life and experience God's abundant presence.
The retreat cost is $150 that includes lodging for the evenings of September 25 and 26 and four meals. Partial scholarships are available (call the church office!)
Throughout the retreat, we will gather for heartfelt worship with our guest worship leader, Rebekah Wiggins, hear powerful teachings from our guest speaker, Beverly Lorenz, and enjoy meaningful fellowship with women of all ages. There will be opportunities for personal reflection, encouragement, prayer, as we explore what it means to live in the abundance God has prepared for us at every season of life.
Whether you are seeking rest, deeper connection with God, or renewed purpose, this weekend offers a space to be refreshed, restored, and reminded of His faithfulness.

Beverly Lorenz
Guest Speaker
Beverly Lorenz is an ordained pastor with a deep passion for teaching and discipling women. She served as the pastor of Women’s Ministry. She has led and taught Bible studies empowering women in her church and online.
In addition to teaching, she developed and wrote comprehensive Bible study workbooks that made biblical truths practical and accessible through clear teaching and personal life stories.
Throughout her ministry, Beverly has planned, designed, and led numerous women’s conferences, serving as a keynote speaker at many of them. She has also been invited to speak at women’s conferences, retreats, and special events at churches throughout the region.
Beverly and her husband founded and pastored a church together for many years. Today, their son serves as the church’s pastor, while Beverly continues to invest in women through teaching Bible studies several times each year.
Her greatest passion is helping women discover their God-given purpose in Christ and experience the freedom, healing, and abundant life that can only be found in Him.
